Quote Chief Executive Nick Watkins has confirmed the Club are down to the final two candidates in the selection process to find the man to take over as Manager of Swindon Town Football Club. Watkins and Director Jeremy Wray will speak with Chairman Andrew Fitton, currently in the United States, late this evening as they close in on the decision of the new manager. It is anticipated that an appointment will be made ahead of Saturday's visit of Yeovil Town with Watkins speaking to the media on Wednesday afternoon with the latest update. If we can't get our original target at least we should get a decent backup option. If Fitton hadn't have found 4 managers he thought we're suitable we could have been at risk of doing a knee jerk reaction appointment and getting someone like Graeme Souness in.
