Title: County Ground on Braniac Post by: Rossi on Friday, November 28, 2008, 22:13:17 I was just flicking through the channels and saw some bloke wearing a Swindon shirt on Sky 3 which caught my attention straight away because you never see Swindon shirts on TV.
I don't know who else was there, but at a mid-week game vs Luton a couple of seasons ago there were people trying to get mexican waves going - I remember thinking at the time they were a bit mental because I don't think I've ever seen a mexican wave at an english league game. Anyway it turns out that they were filming it for brianiac - the clip is below: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sbiFd61w_2g Title: Re: County Ground on Braniac Post by: Simon Pieman on Friday, November 28, 2008, 22:19:49 Fucking scummers

Stockport at home 95/96, last game of the season. Title: Re: County Ground on Braniac Post by: ibelieveinmrreeves on Saturday, November 29, 2008, 00:42:19 I was somewhere behind the brainiacs that night. I seem to remember Adrian Forbes scoring for Luton and we drew 2-2. The mexican wave was a bit lame.
Title: Re: County Ground on Braniac Post by: JPC82 on Saturday, November 29, 2008, 00:49:36 that the game where Milner played his last game for us? scored a header then got elbowed in the face by Sol Davis which resulted in a red for Sol
Title: Re: County Ground on Braniac Post by: Batch on Saturday, November 29, 2008, 00:58:44 I remember them filming that. I was in the town end, hence invisible to the camera. There was quite a low crowd, so the experiment was a bit of a failure really.
Still close enough to the Hampsters house for him not to care really. Title: Re: County Ground on Braniac Post by: strooood on Saturday, November 29, 2008, 02:01:39 Gary Mcsheffrey scored a retaken pen for them Brian Howard slammed home from closeish range for us late on to secure a point.
Remember thinking we deserved a win and the mexican wave was wank. Title: Re: County Ground on Braniac Post by: Iffy's Onion Bhaji on Saturday, November 29, 2008, 13:44:42 Ha ha i remember that. Would have been sat in the top corner of that Nationwide that season as that was the play-off season.
Title: Re: County Ground on Braniac Post by: reeves4england on Saturday, November 29, 2008, 13:53:43 I was in the Town End. The Mexican wave was terrible, but then Mexican waves at football ,atches are just wrong anyway - it's usually a sign that the game isn't worth watching.
