Supermarkets don't stock it unfortunately.

Don't think I've ever had any trouble getting it at supermarkets. There's always some kicking about in my kitchen anyway and I've don't ever remember going somewhere special to find any.

Well when I said supermarkets I meant that Tesco's don't have any.

I have a jar of ground nutmeg but really want a nice lump to play with.

If you're trying for a cheap high then I recommend swallowing it, trying to put it up your nose just results in nasal clogging; sneezing lumps of nutmeg for weeks isn't fun.

It's shit anyway. I wouldn't bother.

Nutmeg is used in small dosages can reduce flatulence, aid digestion, improve the appetite and treat diarrhea, vomiting and nausea.
