Title: Places To Stay - Newquay Post by: STFC4LIFE on Thursday, October 16, 2008, 22:26:20 Anyone know of any cheap places to stay for a night in Newquay?
A long shot I know but hoping to go up there for my 18th, but have no idea where to start. Title: Re: Places To Stay - Newquay Post by: DV on Thursday, October 16, 2008, 22:32:34 Well if you want really cheap take a tent!
Loads of camp sites there, of course the actual date of your 18th will have a huge bearing on my suggestion. Title: Re: Places To Stay - Newquay Post by: Simon Pieman on Thursday, October 16, 2008, 22:34:18 Get your beer goggles on and go back to hers for the night.

Title: Re: Places To Stay - Newquay Post by: faringdingdong on Friday, October 17, 2008, 12:25:19 Stayed in a shitty hotel/b+b at the top of the hill, just down the road from the golf course, its well within stumbling distance of the town bars etc. It's part of/above a bar called 'top o' the town' but the actual name of the place itself escapes me. Cheap as chips as i remember.
Title: Re: Places To Stay - Newquay Post by: Mplanney on Friday, October 17, 2008, 13:03:38 Try this place, its a surf shack type place, quite nice and reasonable cheap, downside being you end up sharing a room unless there's enough of you going to fill a room of course, bit like a youth hotel.
Went down there for a mates stag do, probably last sept and the the pubs were packed with Stag do and Hen nights and a few surfer types. There were more people in fancy dress in the pubs than weren't. www.reefsurflodge.co.uk Title: Re: Places To Stay - Newquay Post by: THE FLASH on Friday, October 17, 2008, 13:08:34 Hotel California.........
Title: Re: Places To Stay - Newquay Post by: michael on Friday, October 17, 2008, 13:36:24 sunnyside camp site. Welcome to hell! Tried to get into Sunnyside campsite this year but it's closed now! Newquay will be very quiet in December, you'll get a b&b very cheaply, if they are even open... Title: Re: Places To Stay - Newquay Post by: Danjackson10 on Friday, October 17, 2008, 14:42:03 i stayed at sunnyside, its chavtastic! Id say torquay would be a better option!?
