Title: The Architect of the death of 30 million people vs the Swindon Town Board
Post by: donkey on Monday, October 6, 2008, 21:28:10
Just reading my When Saturday Comes and in a review of Heart of Football by David McVay.  In a mixed review the reviewer mentions a part of the book that perhaps someone here (with our extra knowledge of Town) could shed some light on.  Failing that fB can come up with some nonsense that will make us smile.

The quote: 'A nadir arrives...with a torturous 63-word sentence contrasting Josef Stalin with the directors of Swindon Town.  I've read it a dozen times and I still can't understand it at all.'

Over to you...

Surely a Red Army pun is necessary here?
