A bit early I know, but i'm bored.

I just lost money at poker, only a fiver, I lost on threee jacks, got beat by a flush, poor me.

We won football in our first league at college today though, 5.0 and won 2.1 in the cup yesterday. Good times.

Is it me or has the forum got quieter since the change? There doesn't seem to be as much happening any more.

I'm waffling now, anyone done anything interesting today?

Should be always weary of the flush draw with the trips. And the straight draw obviously. Of course the dream is to house up.

One of my old housemates from uni was down to his last couple of hundred quid in the world a few weeks ago. As you do (well lots of my old uni mates do anyway) he was playing online poker with it. He hit a straight flush and beat someone with quad J's.

Pretty nice hand as things go anyway, but the bigness is his cut of the bad beat bonus. He got £10000. The dude he beat got £20000. Don't think that many sites do bad beat jackpots any more, lucky cunt.

I had my second driving lesson today.My instructor doesn't know the area so we almost ended up in Calne  :eek:

Also ordered a Christmas tree off Ebay.Cost rather a lot but it does look nice and bushy  :D

I've got to start driving again, I havn't had a lesson since I failed my test.
I also need tog et a job for Thursday and Fridays, I want more money.

Ebay Christmas trees? I normally get dragged off to some farm somewhere to help get it into the car. As a kid I think we used to head off to Savernake Forest or somewhere near to get one. Wasn't so bad, used to get a coke and a packet of crisps at the pub.

Easy mistake to make, but by the 25th December all the needles would've dropped out.

Next year wait until a few days before Christmas................

2 episodes of Heroes then some Family Guy is good enough for me. I rarely watch telly, adverts infuriate me and the programmes tend to be much of a muchness.

It's a good watch, but they don't do enough about the food or the actual running of the restaurants, hopefully it will get better when they have less people in. The challenges are good fun. I felt bad for the daughter who went out last week, her dad was hopeless, and she was the most attractive person in it.

It will have to tide me over for bitchy culinary restaurant programmes until Ramsay gets off his arse and does another UK Kitchen Nightmares. The American one sucks big time.

it was fine when i was there, food was good, beer was good. was quite busy but was a friday lunchtime. and afternoon.

But yeah its him and he is annoying.He's got a slappable face and he never shuts up, i've barely heard his partner speak.

All in all i think they are all pretty unlikeable.But its still interesting to see them mess up and try and cope with the pressure.Blanc and the other judges are amusing.The woman judge has astonishing hair.

Which co-op is it? im pretty sure starbars are carried in most ranges but i think they might have closed whilst you were deciding.
