I liked it ages ago back in the day, then went off it at the dissapointment of the new episodes after it's got resurrected (oh haha look at us, we got axed an now we've got a new series hillarity). I've found my self enjoying it again on occasion now, as long as I don't over watch it.

I don't really watch it anymore.... King of the Hill is still by-and-far my favourite animated tv show. Then Futurama.

I love Family Guy!

Salesman: Come on, it never rains in Rhode Island.
Peter: Yeah, but I'm pretty sure we've never had a volcano either.
Salesman: Well, don't you think we're overdue for one?
Peter: Touche, salesman...

 ;D

Just starting to get a taste for and picking up the DVD sets so lapping up it at the minute although it's one of those you can OD on watching to much of it.

King of the Hill is an old favourite not as many gags or novelties but it guarantees a fucking classic line or scene each episode that has the Quakerman’s Oats coming out of my button.

I have to big up southpark. I grew up with all my mates thinking it was amazing because it was kids swearing. And it wasn't. It was Shit.

But it turned a corner somewhere. It started with series 5. The "Scott Tenerman Must Die" episode. Kicks it off into awesomeness.

But it gets better. Matt and Trey apparently realised that they couldn't get away with kids swearing anymore. And Southpark seasons 6 to 10 are fucking awesome.

It is one of the most consitently funny programmes on TV.

I love South Park, like Ben says in recent series it's avoided the "they killed Kenny" shit, and have written some top class episodes, Apologies to Jesse Jackson for example.

As for Family Guy, I can't get into it, although I did read a quote from it (without realising it was Family Guy) about that little black squiggle on your eye, that's shy, because every time you try to look at it, it runs away, thought that was very good.

I like the random pointless moments which seem to happen all the time.

Chris, where have you been?!

I don't know!

Got all of them on DVD, love it!

It was quite popular at my college, and I got pretty fed up of everyone talking about it all the time so came to loathe it at first. After watching it though, my mind was changed!

A lot of pre-textual knowledge is required in all fairness. Ie, you have to be a bit of a film / tv nerd to really get a lot of the jokes. If you've never seen Star Wars you won't understand half the gags either. For some reason, people seem to hate the fact that cut scenes are completely irrelevant. I think it's genius. The chicken fights have me in stitches every time I watch it.

I think the cut scenes are ace too, Tails.

Some other of my favourites:

Nobody messes with Adam We

Regan Smash. Regan Smash

I'm touching all the candy

In fact I think the (references to the) greased up deaf guy is possibly the most genius thing ever.

Completely with Ben on this, Family Guy got worse and South Park got better.  Having seen the Family Guy creators being interviewed they seemed like lovies, caught up in their own acclaim and bumming with The Simpsons lot.  The South Park guys on the other hand say what they like, about whoever they like.
