Title: Re: FAO england fans Post by: LoyalSupporter on Monday, September 1, 2008, 17:21:28 In my opinion you cant beat England away, you travel for the game but when your there it’s the last thing on your mind. Have got all four trips this year booked up. Looking forward to the Minsk trip most, got a night out in Warsaw then on the overnight train. So it should be an entertaining few days!!
Title: Re: FAO england fans Post by: Simon Pieman on Monday, September 1, 2008, 17:26:43 I go to the Scotland games and cheer on their opposition instead.

Was it Danny Baker who used to do that at Bristol Rovers? The eventually stewards banned him IIRC. Minsk is good fun. Plenty (of strippers) to see. Drink at the wee tents on the street. cheap as fuck. And say hello to Maria for me :DTitle: Re: FAO england fans Post by: nevillew on Wednesday, September 3, 2008, 16:27:24 If you're drinking at the wee tents, make sure it's not warm in the glass.

only one England game in there though. To be honest the 90 minutes(s) are probably the most boring part of any major tournament Title: Re: FAO england fans Post by: Gazza's Fat Mate on Wednesday, September 3, 2008, 19:08:32 went to Euro 2004 and WC 2006. only one England game in there though. Title: Re: FAO england fans Post by: juddie on Wednesday, September 3, 2008, 22:11:08 I must admit the appeal of watching England is lost on me a bit these days. My old man took me there a lot and it was awesome, seeing thse great players. Today's playes are so far removed from my life I can;t eally identify with thm, and watching England is so, so dull.
I'd take a swindon win over an england win every day of the week. |
