Title: Phil King.... Post by: jimbob on Friday, August 22, 2008, 23:10:37 has been asked by a friend of mine who is organising a football quiz night in aid of the Prospect Hospice, to be quiz master/compere and he has agreed-top bloke is our Phil.
Please people can you make a note in your diaries for the evening of Wednesday 1st October-its gonna be held at the Winners Lounge(no cost to hire, fair play stfc) and we're hoping to get the players to put at least one team in so should be a good night. We're hoping for at least 100 to attend so for those interested, start swattin up on ya football stats and get your provisional teams together. Post by: jimbob on Monday, September 8, 2008, 20:05:05 Tickets have been designed by a mate of mine who owns h2creative (for all your graphic/web design needs log onto www.h2creative.co.uk) :D and are currently with STFC and Prospect Hospice for their approval. £35 per team with 5-7 players in a team.
PM me with your team name and the captain of your team, I will then contact captain to arrange delivery of tickets and most importantly receive the dollar (so captains make sure you get your teams to cough up the cash asap). Remember it is a footy quiz so little use in watching Eggheads or other shite like that...no offence intended to those Eggheads viewers Verbal interest has well exceeded our expectations and we're now hoping for numbers in the region of 150. Finally, and the most important bit is cash in advance only please i.e. no £35=no tickets... More to follow soon.... |
