One of the girls i work with has pissed everyone off by going sick and cancelling peoples leave. She had the last tour of duty off due to a "swollen foot", but was seen dancing away at a boat party rave thing on saturday (I have pictorial evidence given to me by somebody there). I think she is taking the piss, question is do i grass her up to our gaffer when she is off or do i have a quiet word when shes back and tell her to wind her neck in? Baring in mind this isnt the first time she has done something like this, and had warnings for it before. Part of me wants revenge for her making me have some of my leave cancelled a few months back or do i play the game and go sick when she has leave booked so she has to come in?
