Racial Assault Handling stolen goods Vehicle interferance Resisting arrest Aggravating behaviour. He also had failed to comply with any of the courts orders for these offences....they gave him CREDIT for pleading guilty,what bollox and a slap in the face for the victim and his family,26 weeks suspended sentence. If it was a first offence then maybe ,just maybe give him a chance,but he should have got 2 years for this minimum.
