Title: Bloomin Kitchen Companies Post by: Power to people on Tuesday, June 24, 2008, 14:17:03 Ordered a part last week for my oven - as the seal has gone - from a company I found on line, I ordered the part over the phone with a 3-4 day delivery time and asked them to deliver to me at work and gave them company name and address.
Gave them 6 days and phoned to chase and they read out the address to me....incorrect company name, so although it had my company address it was obviously deleivered probably to the correct company wrong address so they told me to leave it with them and they will look into it and contact me, they don't phone me back so I phone them (when they decide to answer the phone) and I get the same story all over again and again I emailed them yesterday with a complaint and told them if I did not recieve the part by today they can cancel the order and refund me. I have not recieved anything. Spoke to my CC company (N/Wide) and they have checked and I have not been refunded, so asked them to deal and they have to send me a form to fill in (asked them to fax it 0and then I have to wait for their dispute team to contact me to confirm I have the refund. So I don't want to order anything else until I get my refund So don't buy anything from a company called A4 Kitchen Supplies Anyone know of any reputable kitchen part company's ?
