Nice to see the Adver's Andy Cryer on ITV Wests Soccer Night tonight.

I'm worried by his comments at the end though. When the presenter gave AC an opportunity to confirm that all is now well and good at SN1 after all the turmoil in recent seasons, Cryer said something along the lines of  'there are still one or two skeletons to come out of the cupboard' while quickly adding afterwards that our new chairman and board of directors are doing a good job.

I echo what he said about Fitton and his board completely, but I'm left wondering what Cryer was alluding to.

Well we've not had the AGM yet where they'll be presenting the accounts covering the last lot's final period in charge. Which I'm sure will show that they ran everything in a thoroughly professional and business-like manner. Oh yes.

Fair enough if they slate the Greek cunt and Wills for their shitty fucking management procedures, I just hope there are no secrets that may lead to a points deduction or anything fucking sinister.

I was not pointing the finger in any individuals direction, just this thread and the BP/PE thread has really yanked my chain today, and proves what short memories some STFC fans have.

FFS, we still have a club, we are still in the same league next season and things, I feel, are turning around on the pitch.

All in all a huge sigh of relief

FWIW, I think Andy Cryer does a pretty decent job and interviewing a local reporter who may actually know something about how things are at the club (as in any club, not just STFC) rather than some random ex-player who'll just mouth platitudes and provide an "inside track" on the basis of some supposed insight from 10 years ago makes a good deal of sense. Hunt down these anti-Cryer heretics and drive them from the forums, say I

Hey, I highlighted what Cryer said on fucking telly last night. I didn't start a thread to slag him off or have a go at the club, FFS!

Rather than some of us having short memories, it seems to me that there are too many shut-the-fuck up merchants on here who are ready  to slate anyone with an opinion that doesn't match theirs.

  I don't think I caught wind of Diamond Mike and  Jim, Nice But Dim, putting STFC Hioldings into admin with Mr Busybody.

  After all JNBD, is apparently still a Director of our club.  According to PaulD this happened quite recently.

  Skellingtons are meant to be a bit scary, this one doesn't seem so, apart ffrom AF doing a bit of Corporal Jones.....that is a bit scary.
