I hear that Ady Williams has been offered a coaching role for next season and a playing contract although he is not expected to play

Am I the only one who thinks Adi Williams last season was a million miles better than Aljoclown's shown this year?

I too think Williams is better than Aljofree, don't think he could re-find that form now however he hasn't really been given a chance.

No you're not. I'm not Aljofree's biggest fan and seeing as he offers no discernible pace over Williams, Williams reads the game and communicates better, so i'd have Williams in the team over Aljofree.

Thank christ! I thought I was the only one who thought Aljofree was shite! All the team we play against must wear Kryptonite kits for "superman" to go down injured as much as he does.

I think Aljofree has been one of our steadiest players this season, so I guess I disagree with most of you.

Williams was better, but it was in League 2...

I don't see why he's been given a playing contract for next year

He is being offered a coaching contract not a playing contract. He will though be registered as a player as Malpas wants him to help the reserves as he believes the reserve team will be too young next season.

Maybe thats a strong indication that the senior players on the fringes of the 1st team are being released ie Zaboub,Smith etc

Fwiw Malpas is obviously happy with what williams is doing and it cannot do any harm to register.

Wouldn't disagree keep him for emergencies only and to offer a bit of coaching experience in the stiffs but I suspect his day's of first team action are gone.

Let's hope that becoming a proper coach he curbs his binge drinking  :soapy tit wank:

So I take it I'm the only one who thought Williams was a donkey, a cart-horse, and several other species of farmyard animal last year, even in league 2?

I think Williams best performance was in goal against Grimsby.

If you read Malpas' comments they are quite logicial. I do not know if Williams is a very good coach or not. I doubt any of us do.
