Title: Dunwoody Programme Fiasco
Post by: Sheffield Red on Tuesday, April 15, 2008, 23:24:08
Looks like Dunwoody incapable of producing matchday programmes now. Not good to have a 20,000 crowd and no programmes to sell:

Perhaps Dunwoody are going down the pan then.

Either way, thankfully no longer our problem :)

Dunwoody only informed the club at 5.10pm today that they would not be able to deliver programmes for this match

We could have had one around Christmas

Dunwoody have yet to inform the club that they would not be able to deliver the promised investment, new stadium, financial stability, reliable accounts or indeed anything else much despite years of promising to do so.

This has to be a first, an apology from Dunwoody though true to form they go on to blame somebody else:

Hmm, I thought he owned the printers they used as well.  Although it would be ironic them getting stiffed by another company going out of business (please note I'm assuming the closing bit refers to the company going bust rather than locking the front door, which would be altogether laughable).

He certainly used to so may still do. Making it all the more likely they've gone titsup.com, presumably it would have been the receiver who refused to release the stock.

Highly likely that the printer refused to release the programmes as a result of non payment of monies owed by Dunwoody ;-)
