I've got 6 on mine, although the last 3 were three years ago.

Considering the miles I do for my job (And football!) it's not too bad, although I do use my camera sensor most days

I've got zero, although when i was 19, i got clocked with a radar gun at high 40 something in a 30, when actually hit nearly 80 being a twat (not built up residential 30, it was the road between farringdon rd and commercial rd at about 3am and tried to belittle a towny by getting egg on my face).

I thought my license was gone, but i just got 3 points as they clearly didn't catch the speed correctly. Bizarrely that taught me, big time, and i never speed in 30s and only occasionally and in a small way in 40s (queens drive and the like). I obviously still drive quickly on country roads and motorways, but i now generally drive like an old man.  :old:

0 points in 7 years, and never been stopped.

Think 3 points are heading my way soon though, for doing 35 in a 30 in Standlake last week. Got the notice Monday, just waiting to hear what the damage is

0 points in a whopping 2 years on the road. That trip to Yeovil didn't make it easy though, cameras everywhere!  :|

The sun made it worse, I could hardly see the road signs let alone the speed cameras. You did drive sensibly though.

Yeh the sun was terrible, think that's the only time I've slammed the breaks on cos I couldn't see a traffic light!

I was on 9 points at one point. Scary stuff. Have you actually tried keeping to all of the speed limits, all of the time? Most of the time you feel like a right idiot with  a large stream of traffic queing up behind you. That was rough.

I have 0 now. Yay.

3 points got in my first year of driving, not my fault tho, on the m4, there was road works but didnt see any signs was doing 70 mph and got stopped and told it was 50mph, i tried to argue it that there were no saying so but apparently there were, but since then no points, bin stopped a few times for silly things like having my fog lights on.

What, getting stopped for it or the knob heads that drive round with them on when it's not foggy cos "it looks cool"?

I was on 9 points for quite a while, got back down to 0 but think I am on 3 again now.

Think im clean now, got 3 fines for mobile usage some years ago, points for speeding, let off driving back to london for under cutting a unmarked car at 1pm and then police pulled me over at 2am coming bcak doing 110, but as I passed them they simply followed me at 65 all the way home.

I think The King CY wins this!!!!!! Will leave it to him

My pet hate on the roads, people who on the first sight of fog stick on their tail fog lights!!

If you cannot see the headlights of the car behind in your rear view mirror stick them on (in dense fog) then put the rear fog light on, if you can see their headlights then they can see your tail lights (without the need for rear fog light being put on).

They are a hazard, and they give me a headache!!!!!

Got stopped by Maidenhead doing 110 on the motorway - followed and video'd by an unmarked Omega  :(

Went to court and they fined me £250 (which I think was the maximum then) and gave me 9 points.

The next 3 years were a bloody nightmare - as someone above said sticking to the speed limit for 3 years is nigh on impossible !

Got 0 points

Have been stopped many times, including whilst en route to the fire station for a call, followed me into the yard

Got pulled over one night, and got asked how much i had to drink:

Tans: 5 pints
Plod: 5 pints? Would you mind taking a breath test?
Me: No

Took the test and it came up negative, the copper said how can you have 5 pints and not be over the limit? Easy tans said, he said what you been drinking, I said coke. He said to my why didnt you say coke? I said you never asked.

Got a fucking bollocking for that one, the old bill went ape  8)

I was talking to a copper the other day about police only out to get speeders and drink-drivers, of course he tried to defend this but we all know this is true.
He told me he is always up for a bit of a laugh and will sometimes let speeders off if they come up with an original comment which amuses him.

This happened the other week when he stopped this guy doing 55 in a 40.
The copper startd to write out the ticket and asked if the driver had anything to say.
The driver replied: 'Stop Hitting Me Officer'
The copper laughed and said 'On your way son, now behave yourself and dont let me catch you again'

Zero for me, although corrupt Thai coppers are much of the reason for that. And for about 2 years I didn't even have a licence to put points onto.

I tried that one...I got stopped on the M4 at about 3am coming home from Newbury about 7 or 8 years ago.

Cops had followed me from Nerbury (J13) and pulled me just before Membury. When I saw the flashing blues I tossed the reefer out of the window and said to my mate "Oh, what a cunt." and pulled over.

Stanard procedure, breath test etc, all fine. They asked why I had slowed down after averaging over 90 mph for about 15 miles, I replied that I was debating whether to come off at services for fuel or if I could make it back to Bath on what I had in the tank.

The copper was writing the ticket...

COPPER - "What did you say when you saw the lights come on?"
BO - "You don't want to know"
COPPER - "Go on, try us"
BO - "OK, I said Oh, what a cunt"
COPPER - "Oh, you didn't say Damn I was caught by Thames Valleys finest?"
BO - "No, I definately called you a cunt"

I then proceeded to tell them they should be doing the lorry I just overtook that had foglights on as it was a perfectly clear evening, they said we would of if you weren't speeding.

I still got the ticket  :(
