Title: Home Plugs Post by: Chubbs on Wednesday, April 2, 2008, 22:44:07 I only got it as my home network is a mess and can't be arsed setting up wireless which would have crap connectivity in my house anyway, as 3 of my neighbours have it and say the conection constatly cuts off, another option was having a massive cable going through the house, so this seemed the best option.

Only thing is they seem to want to be plugged into mains only. If you plug into an extension block they either do not work at all, or if it is the old type of extension with no surge protection they will work fine but the throughput is slowed down massively |
