I think that these 157 lurkers are probably spies  for Andy King and the club, or players who dont have the balls or neccessary written skills to post. It is odd, back in the days of the adver there where hundreds of unregistered non-posters.

Thing is they can just as easily read the posts anyway without going to the bother of registering.

How can it be intimidating, it's just fucking text. Dan, I ask cause I work in the education part of the company that does th ACA.  Did you know that you can do a fast track after you've done the AAT?

I cuts a year off, if your employer is registered to train for the ACA.

there was an australian called bradman who averaged 99.4 in tests, the next best is about 60. to counteract him in 1932/33 series england decided to bowl 'bodyline' ie. continual bouncers with a distinct field. larwood who was very fast carried it out to perfection and england won the ashes. various rules were changed because of it and the aussies are still bitter to this day.

Good idea Dan, I did the intermedtiate level of the AAT 7 years ago, while working in an accounts office for two years.  I have since vowed to never  try and be an accountant again - it really is the most boring of things a person can do.  I used to have to write 1000 line journals on a green screen every month, along with checking personal expense forms - it was riviting.

I do quite like the irony of me hating accountancy, but working for the leading accounting qualification provider in the UK.

What I'm doing at the moment isn't too bad cos I deal with investments as well. I have to finish the technician stage of AAT,but it's upto me after that. I'm planning on leaving it there, that way I won't get too bogged down in accounts and can be more general
