You'd think that as a lot of it is reaction stuff, younger keepers would be better. But they aint. It's all about experience, positioning and when to come for things. Hence why so many U-21 Keepers end up being shite (Rhys Evans ahem). That's a bit harsh. A good keeper needs consistency. Consistent playing, behind a decent defence. It's more a confidence game than anywhere else on the pitch.
