Title: Nokia N80 Post by: Wood_Ayre on Monday, March 10, 2008, 10:39:30 Can anybody help? I've been getting fed up of my phone recently becuase it's been really slow, they said the N series had problems and a software update should help, I've followed all the instructions, and now its been hanging on 'Preparing Installation' for a good hour at least. Has anybody else updated their Nokias and had this problem?

Sorry I don't know. I just felt bad that nobody else had replied. I broke my first phone when I jumped off a balcony above a stage in exchange for a pint and a naughty cigarette. True story. Now all works fine.

are you sure it worked properly? disconnecting it might have just reverted it to the old software/firmware Title: Nokia N80 Post by: Wood_Ayre on Monday, March 10, 2008, 14:28:49 I had to restart my computer it was stuck on 'preparing installation' for ages, when I started it the second time it went from preparing installation to actually installing it instantly. It's all working fine now :)
