Title: Got to be honest Post by: leefer on Monday, February 18, 2008, 20:49:49 i was really dissapointed coming home from the match v forest,just had a feeling we were guna do well up there,but alas same ol same ol,then reflecting on things today at least the players played with pride and gave there all.We look like we are going to be abit short of the playoffs but the future looks really good and lets face it a couple of months ago i wouldve given anything to be ware we are now,with the new guys on board and the club moving forward,the support was amazing v forest,i just cant wait till we start winning these matches and getting the old fans back,and new ones.......its great to think what the support would be like when that happens.

On reflection we have to give the Forest defence some credit, they had Macnamee shackled and the guy who went off to have his head bandaged in the first half, won everything in the air in the second. We just can't afford players like Cox to be out of the team. But Off field it's looking good and for the first time in years we look like we can move forward and start getting taken seriously again. I hope the board move on with the fans representative and linking with the community.

There was a story circulating when I was at school after a kid inadvertently left a toilet cubicle door unlocked whilst availing themselves of the facilities. The unsuspecting soul who opened the door found the occupant having a wank, taking a crap, smoking a cigarette and reading a copy of the Sun all at the same time. Now that's multi-tasking for you. |
