Mate of mine went out for a meal with his misses last night.
On his way walking his misses home he looked at some lad, this lad said the usual ' what you looking at' and my mate just told him to 'fuck off'.
The lad then hit my mate, so my mate hit him back, the lads then pulled a knife out on my mate.
Luckily the lad the pulled out the knife was with a mate and his mate told my mate to leg it and told him mate to stop.
My mate aint happy at all and wants to act the big I am and look for him.

I knew loads of "cool" kids who carried knives at 12 - 16 years old. Scary stuff really, most of it is just so they can act the big man, but having said that if you get into a fight and you have a knife on you, you are likely to use it.

Asides from that fact that only a cunt would do so, if you pull a knive, and the other lad has one then the stakes are raised.

If some cunt pulled a knife on me then I'd probably do the smartest thing to do which is to do whatever he fucking wants me to do otherwise he may just use it.

My son got threatened on a bus ,the guy had a knife....tried to steal his mobile,we reported it to the police,with a good description,.....they didnt get back in touch,my feeling is that more people carry knives and weapons now as protection,its not right but in London and other cities its a normal thing to do,especially with young people.

Unless you're willing to use it, carrying around a knife for protection is more likely to get you hurt. If you pull it out in defence against someone who is willing to use theirs then you're a bit fucked.
