Title: Macnamee... Post by: Jamiesfuturewife on Wednesday, February 13, 2008, 11:02:26 I heard he was so small that Moses could fit him in his pocket and thats how he arrived here?
Title: Macnamee... Post by: faringdingdong on Wednesday, February 13, 2008, 15:15:18 He had gone 10 yards before any of the defenders even realised he had the ball at times, dead exciting to watch, good crosses too.
Title: Macnamee... Post by: ST_INC on Wednesday, February 13, 2008, 16:05:42 Yep, man of the match for me.
Hope he can keep it up. Title: Macnamee... Post by: fatbury on Wednesday, February 13, 2008, 16:19:03 was good ... getting better
Title: Macnamee... Post by: swindon-chap on Wednesday, February 13, 2008, 17:58:45 Better than the Boob on the left, because he can actually cross the ball.
I think he'll be one of the ones to watch next season :agree: Title: Macnamee... Post by: Noel Gallagher on Wednesday, February 13, 2008, 18:01:03 A far better option than that usless pre-madona cunt Zaaboub.
Title: Macnamee... Post by: adje on Wednesday, February 13, 2008, 18:22:00 I love that spelling -does it mean he was around before La Ciccone?

I think he will be a better Option than zaboub but I wouldn’t say zaboub was shit at crossing, if anything its his concentration that fucks me off,at least twice a game he will let the ball roll under his feetI think he'll be one of the ones to watch next season :agree: Title: Macnamee... Post by: Tails on Thursday, February 14, 2008, 13:11:59 Did you know Zaaboub has the 2nd most assists in the whole of league one?
True story. FACT, if you will. Title: Macnamee... Post by: Luci on Thursday, February 14, 2008, 13:15:07 Quote from: "Tails" Did you know Zaaboub has the 2nd most assists in the whole of league one? True story. FACT, if you will. You'll still get people slagging him off though. The lad can't win with some people on here. Title: Macnamee... Post by: Simon Pieman on Thursday, February 14, 2008, 13:20:38 I rememebr the crosses Zaaboub put in against Swansea at their place. Then I remember him losing the ball in silly places.
The two things seemed to balance themselves out in that game and I think they will over the course of the season. We all just like a scapegoat when things go a bit wrong and it usually gets put on players who made errors rather than playing badly for a whole game. Title: Macnamee... Post by: jayohaitchenn on Thursday, February 14, 2008, 13:30:21 Where are people finding the assist stats from?

He does less wrong than others at times, he is frustrating but not worthy of the stick he gets. Paynter was becoming a bit of a scapegoat recently. I was over the moon for him that he played so well against Cheltenham and got his goal, will do wonders for his confidence. Title: Macnamee... Post by: Luci on Thursday, February 14, 2008, 13:35:24 Don't get me wrong I know he can be frustrating but seems to get stick from some constantly. Fingers crossed there will be some healthy competition with MacNamee now in the squad.
Title: Macnamee... Post by: red macca on Thursday, February 14, 2008, 13:35:46 Also good to hear the crowd singing him off the pitch
Title: Macnamee... Post by: Tails on Thursday, February 14, 2008, 13:38:11 Definitely. He's a decent player really and we've missed him, just hope he can keep it up, what with Corr constantly injured!
Back to Zaaboub, if Mcnamee can keep up performances like Tuesday, tits is really gonna struggle to get back in the team. Title: Macnamee... Post by: Simon Pieman on Thursday, February 14, 2008, 13:42:53 Tits. Hee hee

Back to Zaaboub, if Mcnamee can keep up performances like Tuesday, tits is really gonna struggle to get back in the team. Just shows how fickle we fans are. After the Northampton game McNamee was called useless, had no pace, couldn't cross the ball or beat a player by loads of posters on here now hes the dogs bollocks. It wasn't you who made these comments Tails so not having a dig. Title: Macnamee... Post by: Simon Pieman on Thursday, February 14, 2008, 13:52:32 I thought McNamee would get better after a few games. Let's not kid ourselves, Cheltenham were poor, but if McNamee plays like that consistently then we have a real player on our hands. Just hope it continues and the competition between the wingers will be really good.
Title: Macnamee... Post by: red macca on Thursday, February 14, 2008, 13:59:45 I like zaboub when he first come here he showed promise but has just stayed at the same level in my opinion.
Title: Macnamee... Post by: Tails on Thursday, February 14, 2008, 14:00:00 I know dell boy, I thought it was obvious the boy had some skill and obviously Tuesday it showed... It's typical football fan really to hate a player one minute and love him the next. I've been guilty of it a lot.
Title: Macnamee... Post by: Luci on Thursday, February 14, 2008, 14:04:14 I've been guilty also many a time of liking then hating a player but Zaaboub I liked from the start and still do however if MacNamee does keep playing liked he showed on Tuesday then Zaaboub may only get a start is hes injured.
Title: Macnamee... Post by: Colin Todd on Thursday, February 14, 2008, 14:09:14 I'm not fickle. I'm still going to say Paynters shit as he scores his 45th league goal next season
