Alot of people don't like the idea of raw fish.

But for me a cheese cracker smothered with a slice of fresh salmon, then topped with a serving of Rosenbourg blue cheese is one of the finest delicacies (Sp) that there is.

Fish makes me ill.

I love salmon, but i've never tried sushi and i have no idea why. I'll go and buy myself some tomorrow

I'm in agreement BR. I eat sushi almost everyday and Salmon is lovely fish raw, smoked, cooked, whatever.

I don't see what the fuss is, if it doesn't make me ill i'll eat in any form.

i dont eat any fish, cooked or raw.

I've just had smoked salmon for dinner.....farmed stuff, so not the best, but still rather pleasant.....I like fish.

Sushi is ok nothing to write home about.

Not the biggest fish fan, but smoked trout I had in New Zealand with brie and crackers was the best fish I've ever eaten by a mile.  Sushi didn't really do it for me, but ceviche from South Amercia is nice - raw fish which gets 'cooked' when it's marinated in lime - very tasty stuff.

Not a big fan of fish in general, but smoked salmon is ace

All fish is delicious, and most of it is extremely good for you too. Especially salmon. I've just eaten a Smoked Salmon, Onion and Scrambled Egg breakfast, with pancakes on the side. Marvellous.

And sushi is the bomb. Try White Tuna, trust me on this one, its the sushi equivalent of a Milky Way.

Fish can be quite nice. I don't like smoked salmon but it's ok when it's cooked

I've got an awesome recipe for a thai fish curry.  Works well with firm white fish.

i love sushi, but got bored of it quite quickly. salmon is lovely, topped with olive oil, soy sauce and pepper then baked for 20mins in foil.

I prefer Seabass or Monkfish, cooked.

Red grouper is scrumpcalicious. Smothered in garlic and grilled until crisp on the outside, yet the meat inside is soft and flaky.

Most fish are delicious.

Salmon, seabass, mackerel - Yummy.

Even battered cod is about the best thing you can get down the fish and chip shop.

Red Grouper? You sure you don't mean Red Snapper? Of course Red Grouper could be some exotic Thai fish that I haven't heard of.....cue BR....

How could I forget about good old battered cod, especially with Beer batter and definately not that breadcrumb bullshit. Plenty of salt and drenched in brown vinegar and of course accompanied with big fat greasy chips.

Blue Grouper I think is the emblem of New South Wales in Australia and can be found on the East Coast.

We accidentally caught and killed one before realising it was actually illegal.  It was eaten anyway and apparently very tasty although I don't eat seafood personally.

I think there are several varieties including red.

Pretty sure it's red grouper, although to be honest whenever I see it in a restaurant I just point and say "That one".

Either way it is proper gorge'!

I'm with you there Noel. I love women, unlike you it seems :D, and some of my best friends are birds, but i just find the whole, not doing what i want thing too much like hardwork. I hate having to worry about how i spend my time, where i go, who i see...

I know, give and take and all that bollocks, but when you're like me and you get bored of things in about 30 seconds, once you've spent a day with family, fed the ducks, gone down the park, it becomes a bit boring. Other than regular action it's a bit fucking dull.

I understand where Im Mint is coming from, you don't need another women when you're in a good relationship, and i didn't crave them, for me it's not which woman will i marry or settle down with, it's more like, can i ever really be fucked with sharing my life/time/fun/emotions/mates/holidays/weekends/football/money through marriage and children?

I loved my last girlfriend and she meant the world to me, but other than night times, i was bored as fuck. Even then i didn't want another girl, didn't look at other girls and didn't try and pull. I happily spent money, went out alot, didn't see much of my friends and i was like a pig in shit at times. But when it really came down to it, i was getting more enjoyment as a single irresponsible twat, than as a mature adult looking to the future.

Another piece of fish advice though:

DO NOT under ANY circumstances attempt to eat the fishe's eyes to impressive the company that you are in, otherwise you WILL proceed to throw up the delicious meal that you have just eaten under the table.

Trust me, I speak from experience.

The only good fish is battered cod, largely because it doesn't taste of fish.
