Post by: Sippo on Tuesday, January 22, 2008, 20:10:45
If a company goes into administration, how do you get items back. Are you just a creditor. We are owed a laptop, and about 4k of support days.

I can't get hold of anyone at the company. any idea's?

Presumably you'd be better off contacting the administrator?

That's harsh. He could already have lost a lot of money. No need to take his beer too.

Can't find anything. Might be too soon for the details to be out.

Not sure how these things work entirely but the administrators run the club with a view to continuing trade (and paying debts). You'll have to keep pestering them or hope they get in touch and tell you the score I guess.

Happened to a mate of mine.

My mate was owned about 250k for a job he did, his 'client' declared bankruptcy and my mate got sweet FA.
