ok here goes...

ive been with my girlfriend now for over 3 years and we have been together since school!!
ive been invited to go to Magaluf with a load of my mates and shes not happy bout the idea but i cant help but think that i'm only young and should be taking these opportunities.
just wondered what everyone thought and if anyones been in this situation before??  :?
if anyone is wondering im 18

thats what im questioning!! i think shes got the idea of anyone who goes to magaluf will shag everything and anything that moves!! but thats where trust comes into play??

i do trust her 100% and i know if she went away she wouldn't do anything and as for me i certainly wouldn't, i just want to go with my mates for a laugh!!

but i cant help but think that you are young once.

Just give her a guilt trip, she'd only do the same to you.

I'd say do the lads holiday thing. At your age, chances of your girlfriend being the one you end up with long term are pretty slim.

What Sussex said mate. We did the lads holiday to Ibiza last summer and was fantastic. You'd be missing out.

I went with the girls and it was fab.  Definitely only do it once (although 15 of us are supposed to be going to the opening weekend of Ibiza for 5 days this year) :D

I was superbly well behaved, met a nice Mancunian lad who took me to loads of nice restaurants on the beach!  :mrgreen:

The local government have banned the PR guys from the start of the 2008 summer season as well so at least you'll be able to walk about without being hassled to go into bars.

Fuck sleep, last lads holiday in summer I think I had about 20 hours in 7 days and that was too much

i went with my old man when i was about 13, and then went again at 16 with mates.
I loved it.

ha ha I went on a lads trip away for two weeks and didn't cheat but then again in two weeks only one of us pulled so wasn't much chance to cheat although don't regret going now but at the time i moaned like fuck!!!!!!!!!!! about how much i missed her

I found the love of my life on Holiday... the night i went out to meet him for our first "date" he didnt turn up.... 30 mins later i found out he had fallen from a 3rd floor window broke himself and was then in a wheelchair for a year.

I have, in Ibiza whilst at a foam party.

Before going out I bought a couple of E's from some african chappie masquerading as a tourist novelty gift salesman, and the E's where very very good indeed. I didn't really see he girl that I pulled, what with all the foam and that. Rather because I was so high I just grabbed out and tried to kiss the frist girl I found, and she replied positively.

I went to meet said girl the day after and...........
NO BR, NO YOU COULDN'T HAVE. Let's just say that she "Had a good personality". I promptly deaprted from the situation feigning a serious hangover as an excuse.

A couple of weeks later, whilst back at work in the UK I received a phone and it was her, as it turned out in my highly intoxicated state I told her that I worked for Nationwide in Swindon and the poor girl must have been on the dog for hours trying to track me down as she called head office, whereas I worked for Nationwide Life on Princes way.

Anyway, to the question in hand, if I where you I would go. I have been in a few realtionships where my integrity is called into question (I NEVER CHEAT), and those relationships have never worked.

Mrs BR is a blinder in that she attempts to keep no leash on me whatsoever, and I return I am faithful to her and generally don't take the piss. Being put on a leash create's tension, which you don't need but then your are young and so is she, just one of the learning curves I guess.

Doe's she recognoze at all the fact that she might be wrong in not letting you go? (Even though her standpoint may be understandable)

I went on holiday with the lads once, my mate moaned for two weeks as he mised his lass, I pull a right touch until in the morning I found a pube in my mouth - I must of been ruined.  I also left her room thinking I was the don then realised she was staying at my hotel and it was 11am, had to do a walk of shame past the pool

lads holidays are ace - fact! I finished with an ex a few weeks before going on holiday to Kavos for two weeks, I knew I'd be anughty and realised that if that was the case, then I wasn;t that interested. Anyway, in two weeks only managed to get amongst one bird, and I knew her already from uni!

You'll have a great time mate. If you're faithful then it shows how much you like her. She should trust you if you wanna go.

fair enough mate. ive made my mind up and im going as ive put my deposit down! she doesn't like it one bit but at the end of the day this is something i want to do so she will have to put up with it  :o

If she does turn out to be "the one" then at least you will have put your foot down early and she will realise that her not being happy at you doing something doesn't matter as you will still go ahead anyway and do it, and she will know for next time not to bother and she'll pretend she does not mind when really she does and you won't know any different so it saves you the solu searching - if she is that special to you you won't cheat while your away anyway and you will have missed each other so much you will spend the next week getting "reaquainted" with each other, I'm sure there will be plenty of temptations on a lads only holiday...

when are you away? I'll see if I can have some time off and pop round to make sure you're missus is OK!!!
