I've had enough. I've spent literally all day writing this fucking essay  and its getting me down now. Again. I'm 438 words (yes, I'm checking my word count every sentence) away from reaching the bare minimum for the word count, and I've been talking bollocks since I hit 1k. I must've repeated myself a million times by now.

It's going to get a piss poor mark but theres fuck all I can do about it now. My own fault. I do feel better for sharing though.

Mate you should see the criteria for the question (!), "use journals, online e-books, reviews, blah blah blah, make reference to numerical data, etc". I tell you, electronic journals and (university) online resources are a waste of fucking space. Google was my resource!

Every post he makes reminds me of how necessary getting an education is. A degree must seem a complete waste of time and money for him as he's clearly happy being a petty, small minded and semi-literate tool.

For the sake of balance though IBIMR I've got to say if you've written a 1500 word essay in one day, I'm not suprised you've struggled and it's a bit shit.

Try starting working on the fucking things a bit earlier rather than leaving it until 24 hours before it's due in. You've had it sitting around since before Christmas haven't you you idle fucker, and you've just ignored it and played on your X-box and got pissed with your mates.

Nearly right there, I'd known about it for ages, and I think I said before that I only have myself to blame (its fucking stupid, a retarded attitude that seems to be the prevailing one amongst students. I'm not usually like this, always start thinking 2 or 3 weeks before deadline day, its just with christmas and all...). I also don't have an xbox (or mates) to piss away my time with.

My job is far easier than the exams I am still doing. Mind you I think the studying is a bit hard because by the time I get home from work I can't be bothered to pick up a book - your brain just doesn't want to function.

I wish I was a student again. The only issue is being a skint most of the time, but it's definitely easier to study when you can dedicate more time to it.

I aspire to be a model tax-paying citizen like your fineself, so if you wouldn't mind could you finish my 15,000 word dissertation for me?

Precisely my problem, working 9-6, doing my professional qualification and an MSc in one go, plus buying a house.  No compalints though, the company let me go to uni, pay the fees, and in 2 years when it's all done I'll be sitting pretty provided the property industry stays afloat

Essays are best done at the last minute, it's not retarded. Couple of years ago I did a 3000 word essay in one night and also a 10,000 word report in 3 days. Got 1st for the essay, 2.1 for the report. I don't regret it.

I actually think it tends to flow better if you write most of it at the same time anyway, rather than spread it out over a few weeks so you forget what stuff you've not googled yet.
