Arrieta looked handy? bit early for the whisky Will.  Tell me one thing he has done apart from the overhead kick? He's ran around every game fouling and giving away possesion, he is like an attacking version of Jason Drysdale, fucking useless!!

Arrieta would of ran through two footed the keeper then tried to pass the ball to a team mate and miss and  then he would still somehow end up getting a standing ovation from the fans, god knows what people see in him.

Blairs in the same boat as him as in Blair needs his dad to get him a contract and Arieta needs his mates to try and buy a club then he will get a contract, both of them are utter gash!

 :? This has been one of Roberts most consistent seasons I remember being baffled (great word) why he got dropped earlier in the year when he was probably our best wide player at the time.

Roberts has pace but has no end product, Mc Govern can deliver but no pace.  Niether can put in a decent tackle.

Correct me if i'm wrong but we havent seen Mohamed played as an out and out striker which is what I think he is. So far Ive only see him play as a winger or a makeshift right back of which he is neither.  Saturday would be an ideal opportunity for him to play as a striker and then a better opinion could be made of his capabilities.

Saturday is NOT the ideal time , we have a great chance of getting to the 4th round and getting a great draw or another winnable draw so im praying to god that byrne and Williams do not fuck about with the team.I think this is actually our most important game of the season and want to see it treated that way

Assuming that Paynter will be one of the strikers, who would you play up front with him?  I would play Mohamed.

Either play Painter and Sturrock or possibly try Peacock and Painter, with Easton and Pook/Adams in Centre Midfield.

A win on Saturday and we could have a top away trip to look forward too!

I think it has to be Roberts and Paynter could work especially as its Barnet.  With Roberts pace and mobility off of Paynters strength and hold up they would cause Barnet some problems.  Thinking of either Arrieta, Kaid, Blair or anyone else fills me with very little enthusiasm.

I reckon we should stick Ifil up front, just for a laugh like.

To be fair there are some small signs of potential there with the right coaching he may be able to make it as a pro, bit like Chris Blackburn really they are very rusty and need alot of hard work but with the right manager brought in they may have a future or they may just dissapear into non league obscurity, who knows.

Blackburn did ok when played in position so maybe, just maybe Kaid will do the same.

I think the fact hes a hard worker makes me reluctant to write him off.

I'd play a positive 4-5-1 formation with Paynter on his lonesome.  J-P, Roberts and Zaaboub just behind.  If they play it right, and switch around it would make it difficult for the Barnet defence to know who to pick up.  Odds are though that we'd end up with all 3 playing left wing!  Peacock and Easton as holding midfielders.

Fully expect Byrne to go with Paynter and Sturrock with Roberts to come on from the bench if required.

Thing is with Blair Sturrock, is he probably has the best footballing brain in our team! His positioning is class... I think he'd get into double figures quite easily if he played regular in the league below, but I think he's only good as a super sub type player at the moment.
