I saw a heron this morning so I was sat by the window ready to snap it.

whilst waiting I found this. I couldnt get a proper pic as it flew away.

Herons are ace....primitive looking buggers.....20 years ago quite a rare sight now common, you can find them in Queen's Park.

    I saw one flying down Devizes Road.

There's one 20 feet from my office window sitting in the bottom of a willow tree hanging over the pond.  Now if he would just stab those bleeding Canada Geese that are getting randy and honking non-stop, that would do me fine.

We always get herons flying in and eating our fish.  I want to get one of those movement sensors for the pond that squirts water at anything that moves.  That would show the bastwards
