You're clearly nowhere near as good at golf as you think you are. Learn to accept that you probably never will be and come to terms with your inadequacies.

Next question for Uncle Ben please.

I have the same problem watching Swindon and I think we're rubbish. Explain.

Don't know but I'd suggest not taking your golf clubs to the game as an interim measure.

Yep, I used to throw the contents of my tool box across the floor, Make the apprentice pick them up and then throw them at him.

That's because you're emotionally attached to Swindon. Your continual denial of your lack of golfing ability isn't going to help. I wouldn't be surprised if the rage starts seeping through to other parts of your life. Are you angry now?

I didn't snap any clubs or become angry, just so distracted my game fell apart from one bad shot.

It happened to me when, due to being a bit of a narcissistic perfectionist, I perceived myself to be playing below my best due to some previously amazing rounds that i felt were my natural level. Just by relaxing and enjoying the game along with laughing about it helped me and improved my game.

i don't think i'm too bad even though i've been told different.

i prefer to sit back and be qiuet before i let my anger out. Cos then 9 times out of 10 i calm down
