I rarely post but we are on the knife edge

I have tried to discover who the decision makers are
but have failed
I thought it would be easy
can any of you in the know plse tell me who they are

individuals/companies percentage shares etc.

it is a mystery to me
and it should be public knowledge
and it should be clear and black and white
if it is not there will be deep trouble for some in the near future
there seems to have been connivery

Well the Wills are the major shareholders. The holding company is a seperate entity as such and this owns 71% (i think or something close to that) of the club. James Wills in turn owns 51% of the holding company and i think Mike D owns about 26% of the holding company.

I don't think that Sean bloke that played 007 ever had any shares?

James Wills owns 36pc of the Club and
Greasy D owns 18pc (based on the 71pc you mentiom)
that makes a total of 54pc
I want to know who owns the rest - nearly a half!!!!  :?

From memory the Holding Co owns 70% of the football club.

Although it should be noted that Bill Power and Phil Emmel dispute the accuracy of that record which is at the centre of their legal dispute.

No it hasn't been confirmed, that's the details you get off Companies House (the Annual Return).

It's essentially what the company tells Companies House is the shareholding and does not include supporting documents when submitted (i.e. share certificates).

Until it's gone through Court we won't actually know if it's sahres or a loan.

The other 30% is made up of lots of people - probably too many to list individually. A lot of fans hold tiny amounts of shares for example.

The reason it's gone to court is because Bill Power and Phil Emmel put over a million quid into the club in what they thought was a loan.

The club officials say is was for shares in the holding company.

So there is a legal dispute which is ongoing. This seems quite an unusual one off.

but Fitton has palyed the straightest bat
and has kept us in touch

I feel like chucking the lawyers (parasites)

After the shares owned by the holding co, IIRC Cliff Puffett and Wendy Godwin are the next largest shareholders, but I think they hold less than 20% between them (and it may be a lot less than that). As Si says, the majority of the rest are small shareholders holding less than 1%.

TBF Fred that is a totally shit Silver Surfer,  I'm disappointed .

Bill held off suing for a year as they were backing the fans consortium. The money Bill put in was urgently required last June so he wrote the cheque (It was supposed to pay the CVA, Bryan adams expenses & stuff)
Bill & Phil's alleged share holding is the first excuse that was given for the failure off the Fitton, bid which is a bit weird as he says he has no shareholding it was a loan. And to my knowledge, it was Bill's 1.2 million, so why they have Phil Emmel as having share too is another mystery.
Another mystery is how Diamandis exerts so much influence yet has a samller "Alleged" shareholding than Bill & Phil

And I understood James Wills held a majority 51% in the holding co. which effectively gave him (them, the Wills i.e.) control of the club. So what has happened to the other 7%?

Has somebody been fiddling with the holding of the Wills? Nah, not in STFC ...

Don't they know they could go blind or get hairy palms.
