Title: New Phone? Post by: Asher on Monday, April 11, 2005, 09:40:06 alright need a new phone as my mate cleaned mine and since then it hasnt worked! She says it wasnt her fault but well.....

Post by: Asher on Monday, April 11, 2005, 10:03:28 ah titch need some advice here me old mucker, just spoke to singlepoint they said im not due an upgrade till next year, I said 'can I pay for one' and they said no, I said can I take my contract down to a £15 amonth one and I wont use it then? I will go with another company they said ok then.
Any hints on how to get them to change there minds. Im on a business tariff which is £100 a month but my bills are like £200 a month at least, thinking an email to their customer services??? any hints Title: New Phone? Not really sure how you get them to change their mind! I must have been lucky cause when i said i was going they said "Oh please don't, have 8 months free line-rental to stay!
