As for the takeover....well what can I say?!

Fitton was quoted on RS this morning saying there were a few minor things that was holding up the takeover so minor even he is not sure what they are but if they are not sorted soon he may choose to walk away.

Didn't he say originally he was working to a deadline of the end of the month and if it didn't happen he would walk away.....unbelievable is this Diamandis sticking his nose in again ?

As far as I understand, the terms of the takeover were agreed and were with the legals ready to be signed last week.

That is until a certain individual decided to halt proceedings because "there wasn't enough money in it for the Wills family", but then took a slightly different tack and said "there wasn't enough money it for HIM".
