Title: Season Ticket Holders... Post by: The Grim Reaper on Monday, November 26, 2007, 14:04:25 ...paying on the monthly installment plan, now is the time to surrender them back to the club and cancel the direct debit with the finance company. No more money to Newbury Plc must start now. Buy no tickets, no merchandise, no nothing. Until these cnuts have left the club they will not have a single penny more out of me. Look at the facts:
1/ Sturrock departure 2/ Takeover no closer despite continued promises 3/ Points deduction,WUP due anytime This really could be the end. Title: Season Ticket Holders... Post by: Fred Elliot on Monday, November 26, 2007, 14:08:47 The club already has the money from the finance house
Title: Season Ticket Holders... Post by: Bogus Dave on Monday, November 26, 2007, 14:12:55 haha the irony of football fans. club needs money, so lets not give them any.
Title: Season Ticket Holders... Post by: Bushey Boy on Monday, November 26, 2007, 14:13:00 What a stupid idea, surrender agreement you will be black listed.
Title: Season Ticket Holders... Post by: Spud on Monday, November 26, 2007, 14:14:58 I fell sorry for all ST holders, at least if i take a stand i wont lose any money.
Title: Season Ticket Holders... Post by: Arriba on Monday, November 26, 2007, 14:15:24 and as useless as the board are, they are not to blame for sturrocks departure.
he would go back to plymouth regardless of who is in the boardroom. Title: Season Ticket Holders... Totally agree. Title: Season Ticket Holders... Post by: Sippo on Monday, November 26, 2007, 14:17:38 The point is tho arriba, they haven't fought to keep him have they? I know you can't keep someone here against there will but yet again they have fobbed us off...
What with the takeover apaprently on the verge of collapsing aswell... Title: Season Ticket Holders... I think had the takeover completed a while ago, he was able to get a few players in on loan, he may have stayed. End of the day STFC is sailing close to the wind, we owe a lot of money. Sturrock has already been messed around by one sham of a takeover, perhaps he needs some stability at boardroom level and that's what Plymouth can offer. Title: Season Ticket Holders... Post by: Arriba on Monday, November 26, 2007, 14:19:47 sippo,i know they wont fight to keep him.a few quid will come in in compo money and they will be happy with it.
and i am not defending the board here as i want them out as much as anyone.but i am certain sturrock would have gone anyway. Title: Season Ticket Holders... Post by: @MacPhlea on Monday, November 26, 2007, 14:23:47 Do you not realise that this is their plan B?!?!?
Title: Season Ticket Holders... Post by: Sippo on Monday, November 26, 2007, 14:26:24 Fitton thought that sturrock was the best manager outside the premiership. I wonder where this leaves the whole saga now...
I know one thing for sure is that if he were in place he'd probably fight tooth and nail to keep him. Once again us fans are kept in the dark about it all. I feel sick. I do blame the board / takeover situation. We will probablly never know for sure if he would have stayed had things been rosier at STFC, but I cant help but think it removed any doubt from his thought process Still, onwards and downwards  Title: Season Ticket Holders... Agree with the final sentence but I'm inclined to think that following the BEST fiasco where they made it pretty clear he was going to be a sacrificial lamb in the deal, he pretty much made his mind up to take the first decent job offered. In that scenario, probably the only difference the last few weeks (including transfer embargo) has made has been to extend the scope of "decent job" to include Barrow etc. Title: Season Ticket Holders... Title: Season Ticket Holders... Post by: magicroundabout on Monday, November 26, 2007, 15:48:06 people keep mentioning Dec 1st as the deadline. i've not seen or heard otherwise.
the only deadline with regard to anything is the end of Nov for the takeover to be completed. Title: Season Ticket Holders... Post by: OneAndrewFitton on Monday, November 26, 2007, 15:58:20 I have heard a lot of rumours regarding the 30th november, it maybe true or maybe not, thing is i wouldn't like to risk it, this takeover needs to be done now, if it's not done by friday and these rumours are true then perhaps saturday will be our last game?
If the WDP are to be believed and the takeover is weeks away then we are in serious trouble. I have been sceptical from the start regarding this takeover, as all investors/takeovers with this board fall apart and i can see the same happening with this one. Title: Season Ticket Holders... Post by: STFC Bart on Monday, November 26, 2007, 15:59:40 The 1st of December is the deadline given by the FLeague.
If things are not sorted by then sanctions are highly likely, which points to a points deduction Title: Season Ticket Holders... Post by: magicroundabout on Monday, November 26, 2007, 16:02:01 where have they posted this STFC Bart,

Title: Season Ticket Holders... Post by: fatbury on Monday, November 26, 2007, 16:09:38 we will find out on 1st/2nd Decemeber ...
