Will this takeover go through on monday? or will it take longer? or will it fall through? a few people seem to think this takeover will actually go through, the reliable guy bape on thisis has said it will be completed monday, he is not usually wrong, what do you think?

no, it wont....but we'll get a nice statement saying Sturrock has left for Plymouth.

IMO it should have been Monday, but attempts to derail it will delay completion to later in the week as well as being the last straw for PS.

I would take freds word for it as well, however my feeling is that if it doesn't happen on monday it won't happen, it cannot keep being delayed, it's either deal or no deal IMO, the board won't want to sell but i don't think they have much choice this time with the league and creditors breathing down their necks.

A lot of people said it was signed off last night to be announced Monday in the CGH

the next seven days are crucial, so i'd suggest friday is the final deadline - which fits well with the end of the month or bust thing

I believe it depends if our major shareholder continues to ignore our 'general manager'. If he does it will go through early next week...if he doesn't...we're buggered.

Hopefully sense will prevail, and soon we will see a Greek-less run STFC.

I feel it will completed on Monday evening around 6pm keeping the fans waiting all day.

I am also hoping that on hearing it is completed that Sturrock decides his future is with us and not the muff.

Hope to God it is completed next week - if this deal isn't done, it's the end of the road. Despite what Bob Holt might think.

Bob Holt will announce a successful takeover at lunch time, then at 3.30 p.m. there will be a last minute hitch, then at 4.30 p.m. it will be on again.  An individual allegedly formerly associated with STFC will be found bound and gagged in a field somewhere at 5.00 p.m.  No witnesses will come forward.
