I've been with Lovefilm about 18 months had about 3 or 4 dodgy disks out of around 200, but its normally a two day turnaround so not a problem, and it's improved in the fact you normally get at least one of your top 3 choices everytime

I was with Lovefilm. I met the owner in the Maldives, he was an arrogant ginger git, so I cancelled with them.

I was also have trouble watching all the films I got, wasn't just because of the ginger dude.

Turnaround times were generally good, but sometimes they got mysteriously lost and it took ages for me to get another one.

I love the randomness of the TEF, a dvd rental thread has turned into a discussion about how nice Cadburys chocolate is.

I did for awhile and was happy with the service. Occasional scratched disc. They once sent me season 3 of 24 instead of season 2. I was fucked if I knew what was going on. I'd missed a whole 24 hrs :?

Both DVDs arrived this morning, correct titles and neither looks scratched up. I'll try sending one back tomorrow and see how long the next takes to arrive.
