Last week in the adver I think it was in Diamandis interview that the new potential investor had put a sum of money in and that had been given to Androniku to pay to the HMRC My point is this is PAYE i.e to take off the £1.8m that is owed why is Androniku getting involved when it is nothing to do with the CVA, how could he make a payment ? 2 different stories, have HRMC actually been paid ? Title: Payment to HMRC Post by: STFC Bart on Tuesday, October 23, 2007, 16:21:12 Around the last 2 years. The HMRC are an unsecured creditor the same as anyone else. Therefore effectively any other major creditor could challenge this decision to pay HMRC and they would win.
