Still one of the more bizarre seasons, three managers, shed loads of players like Fola and Brownlie.....and the orange protest.   Quality stuff.

Because we finished 3rd in the fourth division?

And surely that's the worst finish in over 25 years?

3rd place in division 4 so in reality the season we got relegated we still finished higher... yes petty but hey. Its probably part of the reason we never had an open top bus or anything to celebrate. We shouldnt have been in League 2 in the first place.

At least Diamond Mike admits it was his doing that got us relegated.....if he'd asked me I could have told him, it would happen....putting me through those 9 months of misery is more than enough reason to despise the man.

The only good to come from the relegation I guess is that we are doing well now, Although I guess in reality during the 2005-06 season we should have been trying to improve our 12th place finish the season before!

we had a season where we actually got something out of it.our relegation was a good thing as we have come back stronger for it.
on the pitch at least

If it took 1 step back to go 2 forward so to speak and we get back to the Championship then fair enough!

but then you have to question, IF we'd sacked Kingy when we should have.....and IF we had appointed a manager instead of Iffy and IF we hadnt sold our top scorer mid season....we MIGHT not have found ourselves that low down to start with.

I suppose, the relegation helped us sort out some on the pitch issues, but if they had been sorted at the right time in the first place....

Correct me if Im wrong but Mike D seems to conceed that they shouldnt have sold Fallon and by doing so we got relegated.... thats how I read "staying within budget"

Does it matter. Don't buy the DVD, if you don't want it. ffs.

Having been to most away games and not seeing the highlights before, i'm looking forward to watching this, worst position or not.

In the interview I think Diamond Mike makes it pretty clear that monies from the shop etc, go to him rather than the club.   If you think that's OK then fair enough...

I don't think Mikey does charity....we have 1.5 mill of admin costs, that's a lot of paperclips.
