I'm looking forward to this. Reading some of the shit they are going to spout should be enough to get the supporters club grannies protesting

Any predictions? mine are:

-blame BEST Holdings
-blame the trust
-blame the council
-blame fans in general
-protest and we will shut the club down

I think it'll just re-iterate (sp?) that a new investor will be on board and that everything will  be ok. They'll understand the fans frustration but appeal for calm.

After all the bollocks they been told in the past, criticisms of negative press and that they are (to my understanding) banned from the CG I can't see how the Adver will give them an easy ride. Here's hoping anyway

I hope they are asked why they have never actually talked to Bill Power/ fans consortium, but I can predict the answer to that one will be to deny the existence, or to say ythey would never put a supporter of another club in charge of STFC. Another question I would want to ask of Diamandis, is what happened to the financial engineering he boasted about at Xmas, when he had converted the balance sheet from - 14 million to + 4 million. Is it a coincidence that the fdifference is £18 million).

I listened again to the christmas 06 interview with Diamandis last weekend. I reckon a professional speech analyst would have a fucking field day listening to the changes in his tone, inflection, and hesitancy. He did contradict himself several times and even managed one or two howling faux pars which no one picked up on at the time, eg; ) 'in principal we’ve started to disguise the parameters … to discuss the parameters of how negotiation could take place'

I appreciate that I'm as biased as the next cunt, but that fucker has one hell of a range of vocal ability. Seriously, he wouldn't be out of place at a RADA speech lecture. One minute he's Mr nice guy, the sort of bloke who'd be pleasantly engaging on a quiet night down the pub. Next minute, he's developed a cockney accent with a bit of menace to it. Then he changes again, this time though he's a financial guru, chucking out cliched quotes and unfathomable figures that could be pure shit or accurate if anyone could be fucking arsed to check. Then he's playing the confused 'please forgive me for not knowing all the answers, I'm just an ordinary fucking  bloke' role.

Whilst his speech delivery is of fucking masterclass standards, he can't disguise his emotions. He's right fucking narky about personal comments; What is going on in the character assassination of myself and my board...

If that interview is anything to go by he'll have it all scripted in a similar way for the Advertiser.

The trust reps seem to be a real thorn in his head, so no doubt they'll get attention. As will the likes of Bill Power, Mark Devlin, the council bloke Nick Martin, Mike Wilks, Best holdings, Jim Little and his portugese mates etc etc.

How were they going to "sell" the CG land (including the athletics track and cricket pitch) for housing to pay for the new stadium? It wasn't theirs and still isn't.
