Title: Luc Nijholt Post by: RobertT on Friday, September 21, 2007, 12:36:21 There is nothing to say the Coach/Sporting Director style set-up wouldn't work in the UK, it's just a cultural thing and being able to get past that with everyone involved I guess.
I'd find it hard to believe it could work with someone used to the current system who is a Manager though because by it's very nature it would change his role - it has to. |
