Seems like he has grown up a bit recently, before his body language was awful and he moaned like fuck all the time.

He is in todays adver saying how he is happy to be part of any rotation sturrock puts in place as he knows its a squad game

Yes I think I would agree with that, think his attitude has improved alot this season and that has helped make him alot more consistent.

Think Sturrock has to consider dropping Zaboub Saturday and playing Roberts and McGovern as they are in better form that the Boob.

Agreed, macca.  I've been really impressed with him this year so far, and while he's always come out with the soundbites that players are required to give from time to time, they seem somehow more heartfelt now.

It would seem Sturrock has had quite a positive influence.

Thats bollocks. He isn't happy with the rotation. No player would be. Every player wants to play week in week out. End of.

He did start last year in a positive frame of mind as well. I hope he can sustain his good start this season

Roberts has got a problem with his knee at the moment so perhaps he is happy he's not got to put too much pressure on it and end up on the treatment table for a couple of months?

Just a thought like...

Is this about Peacock? I've noticed of late he spends more time moaning than actually doing stuff. I'd hate to play alongside him.

yes it is and i agree, his attitude has changed since he's become a "midfielder".

he's a midfielder insofar as i'm a rocket scientist.

In the interests of Peacock becoming a better midfielder, this is a study suggestion for you Sonic:

There was a time when there were people, myself included, who disliked the fact we were a quiet team.

We need people who are vocal and communicative throughout the team in my eyes.

Someone needs to be kicking there arse in gear when they're playing shit balls, making crap decisions and panicking. Someone must keep players on there toes and be the managers voice throughout a game.

Oh yeah, back on topic.

Roberts is more mature and stuff.
