now i don't mind the taste, but its caffeine-related benefits are clear. on thursday night i slept for 5 1/2 hours on friday night i slept for 4 hours during this time i also consumed a fair bit of alcohol. i woke at 1pm today and need to be up at 0850 for glasto ticks. my new best friend.
