i enjoyed the town end today, never been in there before. had some total cunt stood next to me who spent most of his time hurling abuse at our players, particularly sturrock and pook.

Trust me you really wan to keep these so called "dickheads" as fans of town otherwise all you will be left with is boring idots who sit down and clapp when the other team score! The mix of people is what makes the town end so good and what give it it's atmosspehre. So stop moaing becaue you will miss it if it is ever taken away!

Alot of people in the town end generate atmosphere. the 10 or so twats down the front in the 50's just piss everyone off and would not be missed!!

By the way, the Town End had a massive banner on it that said BOYZ TOWN END. That is wrong.

I love it. Firstly its a really really gay chant. Proper happy clappy football, so the 'fuck off' gives it a bit of credibility.

Second, were the only ones who do it, and weve always done it. Away fans dont expect it nowadays and the look on their faces is priceless sometimes.

i know one of them really well and they honestly dont think they're special atall, they're italian and have been following swindon for years and years, there are photos of them at certain away games in the late 80s/early 90s.

If thats aimed at my remark, I wouldnt touch the debate about who is more or less of a supporter with a 50 foot barge pole. Everyone would end up like 'John Portsmouth Football Club' and our own 'Swindon Town Dave'.

I said anyone who shouts for the team deserves credit. End of the day vocal support is the only way you can directly affect the results of STFC in anyway at all IMO.

Problem with the south stand is that it's fairly cramped up.

TE the view is fine it you stand up at the back. Even if you're a jewrechaun like me.
