Title: Reaction from Creditors
Post by: Ardiles on Friday, August 31, 2007, 09:12:37
Have to say I'm quite surprised at the lack of a backlash against Andronikou's proposals from the creditors.  If I was a creditor, I would have serious concerns that he was not acting in my interests (as he is supposed to be doing.)

For all the criticism of him on message boards, no one has yet squared up to him and challenged his approach.  Much as I dislike the effect of what he is doing, he seems to be getting away with it...and I am beginning to wonder whether we have underestimated him.

I dont think creditors would be openly vocal through any form of media, least of all t'interweb.

Lets see how the Adver shapes up, as they have only reported on this today, and even that is hidden at the bottom of the Lukas story

i suppose the risk from the creditor's point of view is if they don't agree with it, and then the club goes under, they get exactly f-all - rather than almost nothing.  I think if I was one at the moment though, i would be thinking that eventually i'd be getting the former anyway, and i might even considering sending the collectors round outside of the CVA.

what really annoys me is that the only action the FA seem to be able - and likely - to take is to whack a points deduction on the club, when what is really needed is for the board to be unceremoniously booted out and replaced by someone they sanction until such time as a better bunch can be found.  Although the premiership might account for 99% of the money in the game, it certainly isn't that fraction of fans in the UK.  The FL should have a responsibility to the fans of all clubs that they are run professionally and transparently for the good of the frigging game.

Dear Mr Holmes

Thank you for your email.

The free world is about balanced individual opinions, I hope you respect mine in the same way I respect yours.

I have no agenda other than to expedite the conclusion of the CVA to the benefit of the Football Club and its creditors.

Yours Sincerely

The other approach would be to see if he is a member of any institutes, there must be an institute of administrators or something and for a creditor to make a complaint to them, they are often very interested in members being naughty boys!

Well it would appear that our learned friend is not a registered member of the Insolvency Practioners Association, read into that what you will.

However if you look on Companies House we have two administrators:

And Mr Hornan, who has kepyt very quiet is a member.
