Got threatened to be taken to court by the then chairman over a posting made by someone else. The posting was removed within minutes of the Admin being notified (was up to view for a few hours IIRC) and called the chairman something like 'scoundrel' (dictionary def: an unprincipled, dishonorable person; villain. ).
They soon backed down when a) it was shown to be shakey legally speaking b) he raised enough money to fight it from other fans donations. It is indeed madness.
