I've just got back from Ibiza last week and discovered that a restaurant on sunset strip has charged my card twice for dinner for my group! £80 debited from the card twice!Bastards!
Now is there anything I can do to get this money back, as it's not fraud as such?? Title: Banking Advice Post by: Whits on Friday, August 24, 2007, 23:13:40 speak to the bank in the morning... at the end of the day the resturant has to prove you've signed for the dinner twice....you *should* be able to get your money back...depends on the bank i would guess as well!
