Good move by Virgin. Stops Sky getting just about all the football! The On Demand service is quite good IMO.  :beers:

No problems for me either. Although customer services takes ages to answer the phone.

Are Virgin Media the company formerly known as NTL?

yes, and telewest/blueyonder.

i've been with ntl for about 6 years. the customer service is woeful if something goes wrong and we generally have a period of four or five days each month where the internet doesn't work but they insist "there is no fault" and arrange to send out an engineer who doesn't turn up.
