A player coming in on loan is all very well but then what happens when he goes back to his club? A loan so early on could prove a gamble and also extemely unsettling for current players at the club who could do a job in the position in question.

Probably more to it that we have got Corr who is not going to be fit until Sept and if we sign another striker that is not going to be fit for a good few months then it is risky as if he brakes down we have signed someone who will only play a few months of the season, I suspect Luggy wants someone in to partner Sturrock Jnr for the big kick off. Personally I don't see why he has not joined the club for light training and the physio can see for himself what stage Aky is at, maybe Luggy will look again if his cash crisis continues.
