:D Interesting to see about Sturrock's scientific pre-season training. He says there's going to be less running than before. The problem is it was as expensive as Premiership standard too.

Title: Good Luck Chris Allen Post by: Colin Todd on Monday, July 9, 2007, 13:25:56 Wise didnt make then run loads like a 10km cross country run every day for 2 weeks, he made them run intelliegently using heart monitors to make sure each player was within the correct BPM zone to attain maximum fitness.
It was King who had them out running all day 1950's style. Sounds like Sturrock has moved away from King style traing towards wise style training in recent years which is a good thing.
