Who was the cock sat next to the panellist winner, he was a knob, especially when talking about the occupation of Palestine. Although I thought he did have a point when saying he did not agree with increasing the numbers of University students by 50% or whatever the figure was, talk about diluting the value of a degree. McCall had a go at him, I don't think she understood what he was actually saying. The reason for opening higher education to more people has nothing to do with social inclusion and everything to do with unemployment figures. I could understand it if the country was benefiting from it, but a degree in David Beckham isn't a lot of use! Had the option to do an extra year for a degree, but my tutor said, unless you want to teach it (graphic design) - no thanks - you might as well just get out there and do it. So I did.
